- Spin off from the Kameari Plant of Hitachi, Ltd. for the purpose of sales and service for automotive products, as Nikko Automobile Appliance Sales Co., Ltd. Start of aftermarket.

- Showa Manufacturing Co., Ltd., initiated the production of automobile components.
