Aftermarket Business Unit China Regional Business Unit held 2024 Key Dealers Strategy Conference with great success!

Aftermarket BU China regional BU held the 2024 Key Dealers Strategy Conference in Suzhou between Jun 6th - 8th, with the theme of " Quality in Action · Innovation Leading the Future ". During the conference, we had insightful communications with key dealer partners from all over China, celebrated the success with the past cooperation and demonstrated a firm determination to work together towards the future.

Mr. Jean Baptiste Pellefigues, Mr. Benoit Girard and HUIJIA (Teresa) LI, together with the China regional BU team members attended the conference.

Mr. Jean Baptiste Pellefigues delivered the opening speech, HUIJIA (Teresa) LI introduced the overall situation of Hitachi Astemo and business strategy of Aftermarket BU China regional BU. Xuefeng (Kevin) Bai analyzed the current situation and trends of China aftermarket. Chunqiang(Chris) Duan made a detailed introduction of Hitachi Astemo product line selling points and product development process.

During the conference, dealers also visited two factories of Hitachi Astemo in Suzhou and the ignition coil factory in Changshu, experiencing the unique culture of high-quality manufacturing.

Route1: Hitachi Astemo Chassis Systems (Suzhou) Ltd.

In this factory that was established in 2002, the core dealers mainly visited the caliper and Tesla shock absorber production lines. Professional engineers explained the manufacturing process of Hitachi Astemo shock absorbers and brake systems.

Route2: Hitachi Astemo Automotive Systems (Suzhou) Ltd.

Established in 2002, this factory mainly produces control units for engines and transmissions, as well as electrical products such as inverters, providing customers with efficient engine control units.

Dealers mainly visited the highly automated production line of air flow sensors.

Route3: Hitachi Astemo Automotive Systems (Changshu) Ltd.

Established in 2010, this factory has introduced the production technology from the Hanshin factory in Japan.

Dealers visited 3 main production plants and experienced the production process of ignition coils on site.

At the award ceremony evening, China RBU also presented the 10-year Outstanding Partner award, New Product Development award, Strategic Cooperation award, and Unlimited Potential Award to the dealers. Specially awarded Guangzhou Yishan as the general distributor of Honda car parts.

After the meeting, dealers expressed that they have gained a deeper understanding of Hitachi Astemo's brand and products.
