Measures against shoddy and counterfeit products
The aftermarket business has always been an industry-wide pursuit of high quality and safety, but in recent years there has been an increase in the distribution of inferior and counterfeit products, which increases the risk of not being able to maintain the correct maintenance and performance of vehicles. The Hitachi Astemo Aftermarket Business Unit believes that sound vehicle maintenance and high quality will save users' lives and will continue to expand sales of its own OE-quality products in both the automotive and motorcycle parts sectors, as well as working to eliminate shoddy and counterfeit products.
